Food Truck Structural, Exterior & Interior Details

• Dimensions: Cabin size is 8 Foot * 16 Foot
• Chassis: Built on a movable 4-wheel based chassis with a strong towable mechanism.
• Exterior: 4 mm aluminum sheet exterior with 3-ply fiberglass external roofing (fully

waterproof) and hard PVC interior roofing.

• Access: Front and back shutters with an entrance door.
• Roofing Features: Roof shade featuring an up/down mechanism, railing, and a staircase.
• Finishing: One coat of primer with putty filling and sanding for a smooth finish, followed

by final paint coats.

Interior & Kitchen Equipment

The kitchen is designed for high-volume service with specialized equipment:

• Cooking:

○ Commercial double fryer (16 liters + 16 liters).

○ Gas hot plate with integrated griller.

○ Commercial pizza oven. (where needed)

○ Coffee Machine (where needed)

○ Ice-cream machine (where needed)

• Storage & Display:

○ Chiller for cold drinks.

○ Maxipans steamer base for keeping salads fresh.

• Counters & Storage:

○ Stainless Steel (SS) serving and preparation counters.
